Essay Topics
Common App Essay
Wrote about my growth as a student through my connection with food.
Interview Experiences
- Massachusetts Institute of Technology
- Performance/Outcome: Really have no gauge, I think it went fine, interviewee called me politically woke, which I think means she liked me? Only one I had so nothing to compare it to.
Letters of Recommendation
AP Calc BC Teacher
Really good, she loved me, and she had also been a sponsor of math team, and advocated for me on that front.
AP Gov Teacher
Loved me despite only having him while being remote. Was one of the few bright stars in a somewhat dead class, and recently called me one of a dying breed of students.
Counselor
Wasn't her favorite student, but one of the better out of the 60 she had this year, and I talked to her a lot during my time in high school.
