Wrote about MUN and a series of debates/discussions I've had in the past with friends all over the world on a variety of topics and how it's helped to shape my perspective.
- Georgetown University
- Performance/Outcome: This was my first interview and it was pretty straightforward. The interviewer was nice and everything went fairly smoothly. I did have some trouble asking her questions since her major was not even close to mine, and she got in as a recruited athlete, but overall I think it went fine. Around 30-40 minutes long.
- Harvard University
- Performance/Outcome: This interview was fantastic. Me and the interviewer hit it off immediately and much of our conversation wasn't related to the questions at all. It was much more of a back and forth than an ask question and give answer type of thing. Around 2 hours long.
School Principal
We know each other pretty well and he actually wanted to do the same thing I do right now, so I think he talked about that in his rec letter.
IB Coordinator/History Teacher
I've had this teacher for 2 years and they both helped me to take the AP world history exam on my own along with advice me on my IB extended essay. We get along very well.
MUN Teacher
This teacher knows how passionate I am about MUN and international relations as well. I never saw the letter so I can't say for sure. Had them for 4 years.
Scoutmaster
Known them since 2nd grade, very close family friend. They basically watched me grow up for a good portion of my life.
