- Principal Bassist in OrchestraMy family was never able to afford lessons, so I had to work very hard to get to this point. I help the people in my section with music, and I lead the section in songs. In competition, our orchestra received the highest rating in the hardest class of music last year. 6 hours per week during school year.
- Practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-JitsuThis is a grappling martial art like wrestling or Judo. I achieved blue belt at 16, which is the youngest age that a person can become a blue belt. Progression is very slow in this system. I help others prepare for competition and assist new people with techniques. 8 hours per week year-round.
- Principal Bassist in Chamber OrchestraThis is basically the more advanced version of the regular orchestra. 4 hours per week during school year.
- Bassist for Jazz Band5 hours per week during school year.
