- PoliticsAppointed to a governmental body, youngest member by a decade. Purposely vague because this is highly unique. 10 hours per week/36 weeks, since junior year.
- Super selective fellowshipLess than 30 kids per year, known for sending kids to Ivys. Flown out to a foreign country to learn and talk. Summer program between junior/senior year.
- Advocacy InternHave to run educational programs in my community. Get flown to LA twice though. 2 hours/week this year.
- Varsity XCTFOn common app I broke this into two activities. 3 season athlete, practice 4 days a week + independent training and meets. I actually suck but it's fun.

Common App Essay
About coming to terms with my religion in a secular high school. I'm very proud of it.
Interview Experiences
- School Name
- Performance/Outcome: Only had one, I was super stressed because my sister had gone to the ER but it went decently. We bonded about our experience being observant and I asked her a lot of questions about religious life. Didn't get to highlight as many things about myself as I wanted but I asked her good questions about her research and life.
Letters of Recommendation
AP Physics I teacher
Did well in his class and he liked me. Weren't super close. Had a very intensive questionnaire that I wrote good answers for. 7-10/10
APUSH teacher
LOVED me. Was super attentive in his class and always participated. Told my parents he would write me a rec during parent teacher conferences like Nov of junior year. 8-10/10
Counselor
She's also a big fan of me, she ran into my friend's mom at a bar once and told her I was brilliant. I talked to her a fair bit but could have been closer. 6-10/10
